Founded in 2014, ECE is a leading Mauritanian company in the fields of Public Works and Building.

Our History

ECE – Construction and Equipment Company – was created in 2014 in Nouakchott. Since its creation, the company has established itself as a recognized player in Mauritania's construction sector.

We operate across all sectors: individual houses, collective buildings, industrial and tertiary facilities, serving a clientele of professionals (architects, project managers, developers, local authorities) as well as individuals.

Our expertise relies on a high-performing design office, experienced teams and an in-house equipment fleet ensuring efficiency, responsiveness and autonomy across all our sites.

Our design office, experienced engineers, site managers, HSE officers and foremen ensure full technical mastery of every project.

Own equipment fleet

A large fleet of civil engineering machinery and equipment allows us to act quickly while ensuring autonomy and performance on site.

Our Methodology

Preliminary studies

Carrying out the topographic surveys and geotechnical investigations required before work begins.

Execution file

Preparation of general plans, detailed drawings, reinforcement drawings and preliminary measurements, submitted for the engineer's approval.

Justification calculations

Rigorous application of current construction regulations and AFNOR standards, in particular the BAEL 91 rules.

Planning and monitoring

Establishment of a detailed schedule for supplies and works, complemented by regular monitoring and continuous reporting.
